In comparison with single disc sowers, seed drills with double disc sowers are designed for wet soil conditions and for spring sowing season while single disc sowers are designed for dry and hard soil conditions.
Double Disc Sowers are fixed not parallel but under special angle for better cleaning of soil residues and prevent clogging of sowers.
